Our methodology covers four areas: Discovery (scope and wireframes), Project Execution (agile sprints and demos), Dedicated Teams (embedded squads), and Project Review (post-launch support). It applies to web, mobile, e-commerce, and custom software projects in Saudi Arabia.
For most custom software, e-commerce, and app projects we recommend 1–2 weeks of discovery to define scope, UX, architecture, and ZMW estimates. Smaller website projects may use a condensed discovery call and proposal instead.
